Once we moved back to CA we were going to miss the Parmesano Reggiano. Finding outmwe can order it is wonderful. The best Parmesan!

While I can purchase Parmigiano-Reggiano in our local stores, this one, from Italy, is MUCH better. I find it very hard to find these type of products here in Southern Oregon, so after visiting Tony's on a trip to Providence, I was delighted to lean they had a website where I could order it anytime I need it.

Some Parmigiano-Reggiano is low on flavor, others over power the pasta. This has a perfectly balanced flavor. I will be ordering it again and again.
